Aria Digital Screens worked with partner, Metronome, to help create a display suite with a difference for R.Corporation’s latest development, R.Iconic Melbourne.
The highly engaging sales suite features apartment models, displays, projectors, audio and iPads to create the most unique and memorable experience for visitors.
Entering the stunning sales suite from Collins Street, guests are greeted with a beautiful animated backdrop created by a 4K laser projector. The projector fills the huge wall splitting the lower and upper levels with ever changing imagery that sets the scene for visitors. A curated background music track sets the tone and is delivered through a set of large ceiling-mounted loudspeakers six metres overhead.
Also on the lower level is an eye catching high resolution 3.8m x 2.4m direct view LED display, The LED display is controlled by a custom designed iPad app, giving staff absolute control over the screen and its content. At the touch of a button staff can easily showcase the apartments and surrounds with high quality videos including immersive sound through to a large bank of apartment renders, showcasing the different apartments and amenities.
The custom iPad app not only gives staff control of the LED screen, but all screens and audio within the space. At the tap of a button, staff can display curated content on a specific display or turn the entire space into party mode, taking over the audio with a music streaming service of their choice – fantastic for events!
Moving through the showroom to the reflection room, a small space with a 98” Ultra High Definition display and speaker array to showcase an emotional art film with lifelike sounds of nature to make customers feel like they are there.
Walking through the upper level visitors have the option to interact with a series of iPads designed to tell the whole story of the building’s unprecedented level of amenities along with a series of in-depth video content created by Metronome. The iPads are locked down in full screen to ensure the best customer experience.
This sales suite was designed to create an experience for visitors and with the vision of Metronome it does just that. We were very proud to be part of this exciting high end design.
